Founders’ Legacy
Olympus Lodge No. 62 was founded by a visionary group of brethren whose commitment, foresight, and devotion to the Craft laid the cornerstone of the Lodge in 1976. Their names are permanently recorded in the Charter of Constitution, and their legacy continues through the enduring strength and stability of the Lodge.
Several of these brethren later served with distinction as Worshipful Masters and leaders within the Craft, shaping the Lodge’s early growth and establishing standards that continue to guide its operations.
Milestones Timeline
1976
Olympus Lodge No. 62 is consecrated on 30 April, formally beginning its Masonic journey.
1976–1985
The Lodge establishes its governance structures, ritual standards, and traditions under its first generation of Worshipful Masters.
1986–2000
A period of consolidation and steady growth, marked by increased membership, leadership development, and engagement within the wider Masonic community.
2001–2015
The Lodge strengthens its reputation through consistent leadership, enhanced Masonic education, and expanded service at Provincial and Grand Lodge levels.
2016–Present
Olympus Lodge No. 62 continues to thrive as a stable, forward-looking Lodge—honouring its heritage while preparing future generations for leadership, service, and excellence in the Craft.
